Desert Sky Rescue is a foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue dedicated to saving lives from the euthanasia lists of overcrowded shelters across New Mexico. Our mission is to build a compassionate community united by action and empathy, giving every dog a second chance at life.
We focus on rescuing puppies as well as senior dogs who are often overlooked. Each rescue receives personalized care, medical attention, and love through our foster network until they find their forever home.
We believe that adoption should be a heartfelt and rewarding experience for both the dog and the adopter. Every placement is made thoughtfully to ensure a lifelong match built on trust and companionship.
As a registered nonprofit organization, donations to Desert Sky Rescue are tax deductible as permitted by law. Your support directly funds medical care, rehabilitation, and lifesaving rescue efforts.
